Paris, October 8th (Xinhua) - On October 7th local time, the "Conclusion of the Chinese Chapter" - China Contemporary Fiber Art Exhibition and Sino French Fiber Art Forum were held at the China Cultural Center in Paris.

More than 100 Chinese and French guests attended the opening ceremony of the event, including Liu Hongge, Director of the Paris Chinese Cultural Center, Marseille, Dean of the Academy of Fine Arts at Tsinghua University, Yang Dongjiang, Vice Dean, Wang Xiaoxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Yue Song, Director of the Department of Arts and Crafts, and curator of this academic event.

Liu Hongge stated in his speech that fiber art plays a special connecting role in cultural exchanges between China and France.
